Not satisfied with simply producing chemical and pharmaceutical free protein, Luke and Pia Winder (owners of Tathra Place Free Range) have opened Integrity Meats in Goulburn, a butcher shop nourishing its local community with local produce. Their absolute passion is using animals as a tool to regenerate farm ecosystems and sequester carbon. It is very much a family business and without everyone's support, including the kids, the show would not go on!​

The result is a product you can trust - from farm, to processing, to logistics and the final delicious product on your plate. Our butcher shop is a both a retail outlet and wholesaler, servicing Goulburn and Sydney.
